Feeding Guide

Oral Rehydration Support (ORS)

Hydration needs may vary depending on age, breed, and activity level. Additional fluids may be required in cases of fluid loss.

Feeding tube support: Start with 0.25–0.5 ml/kg per hour during the first 4 hours, increasing by 50% every 4 hours as tolerated.

Serving options:

• Freeze – Create ice cubes for cooling hydration treats.

• Warm – Heat 20–30 seconds in the microwave and pour over food to increase palatability.
