- Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

- Return of Goods: After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and labels.
- Exemptions: This right does not apply to:

- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Notification: Inform us within 30 days of receipt by emailing contact@indarpet.co.uk. Please include a description and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, including the original delivery cost.
- Return Process: We will provide instructions for returning the faulty or incorrect goods. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Voluntary Returns
If you wish to return an order for reasons other than fault or error:
- Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Condition of Goods: Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition, including all packaging.
- Risk During Return: We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until the return is processed. IndarPet Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a secure method is not used.
- Refunds

- Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds if the returned products are not in resalable condition or if only part of the order is returned.

- International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
